I dropped over $650 on new rear brake pads and front rotors. Just three months later, the squeaking was as loud as when they first came to fix the brakes. When I pointed it out, they blamed it on brake dust. Now, seven months in, the squeak is still terrible, and my car shakes when I try to stop. Honestly, my ride felt safer with the old, worn-out pads I had before they messed with it. I wouldn't suggest these guys to anyone. They don't bother to uphold their warranty, and the quality of parts and labor is a total joke. I'd rather shell out an extra $100 to ensure my brakes work right and quietly than deal with these jokers and their lame excuses over text.

I really don’t get how they’ve got a 4.9 star rating. I chose this place based on the reviews, but man, I wish I hadn’t. A few months back, I had them come out to handle my front and back brakes. The technician said I only needed the back ones done. I had already had a pro check it out, and I knew both sets needed work, but I just went along with it. No issues at that time, but when I called them again a few weeks later for the front brakes, I noticed my truck was acting funny and making noise. Took it to Firestone, and they told me the person who did the brakes forgot to install the hardware. I’ve been trying to get in touch with corporate to sort this out, but no one’s returning my calls. I’m seriously considering getting a lawyer. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable shop that’s been around for a while and has the right credentials.
